It is a very complex question, and if we are going to summarize in few sentences, the following reasons would be: it’s good for your heath, and you will have more positive energy. Also, your body will become flexible, and you will be young longer. The anxiety will leave your mind, and you will feel connected with your inner spirit.
Healthy meals over snacks
We all know how snacks can be convenient, especially if you don’t have time to cook. On the other hand, they can be really bad for your health. Instead of using snacks, you can always buy fresh vegetables and fruits and make some salads out of them. Granolas and whole beans and seeds can be extremely healthy. Prepare meals with olive oil and butter, use chicken instead of pork and avoid eating too many sweets. If you can’t go without sweets, use at least healthy one.
